We know burning screens can be a challenge, or sometimes you simply don't have enough space available for the equipment required.
That’s why we've been offering pre-burned screens since 2009!
All our screens come stretched on high quality aluminum frames, and are carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival.
Simply open your box, tape up the edges, and get printing.
Our 23” x 31” screens have a max image area of 15" x 23", and are recommended for printers using an automatic press or wanting an oversized print.
We can burn multiple images on a screen as long as they all fit within the 15”x23” max image area.
Adding hardener makes the emulsion extremely durable and requires a separate chemical to remove it other than traditional emulsion remover.

FAQs
Choosing Mesh Count
Lower Mesh = More ink, less detail - Higher Mesh = More detail, less ink
- 110 Mesh - Most common mesh count for printing with white plastisol ink. Not recommended for water base inks.
- 160 Mesh - Our most popular mesh count. Works well with a wide variety of ink types and substrates.
- 230 Mesh - Most commonly used for high detail artwork. Also great for printing with water based inks on wood or paper.
- 280-305 Mesh - Used for super fine detail artwork, half tones, CMYK process printing, as well as solvent and water base inks.
Artwork Requirements
- Artwork should be sent 100% black and white. (The black will be what's printed)
- Verify your artwork is set at the actual size you want it printed.
- Make sure your .psd, .pdf, or .bmp file has a resolution of at least 300dpi.
- All text layers should be rasterized or converted to outlines.
- Multi-color images should have each color on a separate layer.

Max Image Area
- Your artwork must fit into a max printable area of 15"x23".
- Total image area may not exceed 15 inches in width.
- Total image area may not exceed 23 inches in height.
- If you require a larger image, please view our larger frame sizes.

I kept missing the restocks and reached out on a Wednesday to customer service to see when the next restock would be so I could be ready. Within minutes Carol Ann had replied and been extremely helpful to let me know it would be the next day and that she would put me on the restock list to get a reminder email. The next day, sure enough I got the email and was able to order my screens. I ordered them on a Thursday, conversed with David about my questions on Thursday & Friday and the screen was here by Saturday. They were extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I’ve ordered from these guys a few times and have always gotten great customer service which goes along way with me. When I’ve made mistakes on my end and caught it quickly they were happy to let me fix it. Fast communication and solid work on the screens, would recommend using these guys if you can’t burn your own screens at home.
I haven’t burned a screen myself in over a year thanks to Anthem. They always get it right. Awesome customer service too!
