Our 20x24 screens have a 12"x16" max image area. Great for standard t-shirt and tote bag prints. Our most popular size.

Multiple images can be burned on a screen as long as they all fit within the 12”x16” max image area.

All our screens come stretched on heavy duty aluminum frames, and are carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival. Simply open your box, tape up the edges, and get printing.

Final film output/screen size may vary by 1/8".

Mesh Counts

  • 60/90 Mesh - Commonly used for thick specialty plastisol inks such as metallics, shimmers, reflectives, and puff inks.
  • 110 Mesh - Most common mesh count for printing with white and other thick inks. Not recommended for thinner water based inks.
  • 160/200 Mesh - Our most popular mesh counts. Work well with a wide variety of ink types and substrates.
  • 230 Mesh - Most commonly used for high detail artwork. Also great for printing on paper or sanded wood.
  • 280/305 Mesh - Super fine detail, halftones and CMYK process printing. Also good for printing on plastic and metal.

In general, a lower mesh count will lay down a thicker layer of ink and hold less detail. A finer or higher mesh count will lay down a thinner layer of ink and hold more fine detail.

Emulsion Types

  • TX-D (pink) emulsion holds up extremely well to plastisol, water based and discharge inks.
  • HXT (blue) emulsion is recommended for printing with solvent, enamel or uv inks.

Adding hardener makes the emulsion extremely durable and difficult to reclaim.
