Our 18x20 screens have a 10"x12" max image area. Recommended for DIY printers not using a press and not needing oversize prints.

We can burn multiple images on a screen as long as they all fit within the 10”x12” max image area.

Our screens come stretched on heavy duty aluminum frames, and are carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival. Simply open your box, tape up the edges, and get printing.

We know burning screens can be a challenge, or sometimes you just don't have space for a dark room. That’s why we've offered our screen burning service since 2009!

Due to the program used to output films to our film printer the final film output/screen size may vary by 1/8". By submitting your artwork you acknowledge and agree to these sizing adjustments that may occur.

Adding hardener makes the emulsion extremely durable and difficult to reclaim.

FAQs

Choosing Mesh Count

Lower Mesh = More ink, less detail - Higher Mesh = More detail, less ink

110 Mesh - Most common mesh count for printing with white plastisol ink. Not recommended for water base inks.
160 Mesh - Our most popular mesh count. Works well with a wide variety of ink types and substrates.
230 Mesh - Most commonly used for high detail artwork. Also great for printing with water based inks on wood or paper.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork should be sent 100% black and white. (The black will be what's printed)
Verify your artwork is set at the actual size you want it printed.
Make sure your .psd, .pdf, or .bmp file has a resolution of at least 300dpi.
All text layers should be rasterized or converted to outlines.
Multi-color images should have each color on a separate layer.

Max Image Area

Your artwork must fit into a max printable area of 10"x12".
Total image area may not exceed 10 inches in width.
Total image area may not exceed 12 inches in height.
If you require a larger image, please view our larger frame sizes.
